Donna joins the village of Satellite City in series three when Mandy first meets her at her auntie's florist. Donna is serving whilst her aunt is recovering from a hangover!

Soon Donna becomes part of the gang and fits in so well that they ask and entrust in her the handling of the business at the Cosmo to help Dai along.

She is a very fit and healthy individual who helps Idris with his "peeing muscles" in series 3 episode "Survival of the Fattest".
